Smart Inbox

Smart Inbox automatically matches all e-mails sent and received using e-mail addresses defined specifically for each user in the CRM, with the data of the person, company, or potential customer (lead) registered in the system.

Note: The maximum file size that can be uploaded in the mail is 5MB.

Note: Smart Inbox feature is available for all packages.

E-mail Display

You can view the e-mails sent via Smart Inbox from the email listing section in the 'Lead', 'Company' or 'Person' details.

The path to be followed to view from the Lead detail:

Main Menu > Lead > Lead Detail > E-mail

The path to be followed to view from Company detail:

Main Menu > Company > Company Details > E-mail

The path to be followed to view from Person detail:

Main Menu > Contact > Contact Details > Email

Smart Inbox Activation

Note: In order to use the Smart Inbox feature, you must first perform the activation process under the settings.

You can activate the Smart BBC Inbox feature under Company Settings.

Main Menu > Settings > Customization > Smart Inbox

Using Smart BBC Inbox

To send your mails using the Smart Inbox feature, follow the below-mentioned method,

  1. Copy the e-mail address specific to your company from the smart inbox menu under the customization menu.

    To reach the e-mail specially defined for your company:

    Main Menu > Settings > Customization > Smart Inbox > Compose Mail

  1. Add the copied e-mail address to the BCC field of the e-mail you sent.
  1. You can view all sent e-mails under the e-mail listing title in the relevant person/company or lead detail.

Smart BBC Inbox Attribution

Warning: In order to ensure automatic matching, the person to be sent an e-mail must be registered as a 'lead', 'company' or 'person' in the system. Otherwise, the match cannot be achieved.

Lead

CRM looks for the recipient's email address in the 'Lead' module. If no matching record is found, the Smart Inbox feature cannot be used.

Account

CRM looks for the recipient's email address in the 'Account' module. If no matching record is found, the Smart Inbox feature cannot be used.

Contact

CRM looks for the recipient's email address in the 'Contact' module. If no matching record is found, the Smart Inbox feature cannot be used.
