Authorization

The authorization process provides permissions such as viewing, editing, deleting to other users by the authorized contact for any of the account, contact, lead, opportunity, quote, automation, report or dashboard modules.

*Note: Users in the same team can view, edit and delete module contents created by different people within the team.*

Authorization Form​

Required Fields:​

  • Authorization Level: The authorization level can be selected by selecting one of the "Public", "Private" and "Authorized Only" options of the relevant module.

Note:

  • Public: πŸ”’ With this option, everyone in the application is authorized to view, edit and delete the relevant module regardless of team.

  • Private:πŸ”’ If the authorization level is set to "private", this module will not be able to be seen by anyone other than the module owner, including those in his own team.

  • Authorized Only:πŸ”’ This authorization level requires special authorization. In other words, the team or user to be authorized should be determined together with the authorization level. Thus, only the authorized team and/or user will have the authority to view, edit and delete the module.

Non-Mandatory Fields:​

Note: User and team fields are available when the authorization level is selected as "Authorized Only". With the other option, there is no need for special user and team selection when dealing with situations that everyone can see or not.

  • User: This is the field where the users to be authorized for the relevant module are determined.

  • Team: This is the field where the team to be authorized for the relevant module is determined. When a team is authorized, everyone on that team is authorized.

Authorization for Account​

Authorizing the relevant account from the account detail page:

Main Menu > Account > Account Title > Account Detail > Authorize

Authorization can also be done by clicking on the three dots to the left of the relevant account from the account listing screen.

Main Menu > Account > Three Dots > Authorize

The Account Owner can authorize users in different teams for the following actions:

  • viewing

  • Deletion

  • Arrangement

  • Labeling

  • Following

Authorization for Contact​

Authorizing the relevant Contact from the Contact detail page:

Main Menu > Contact > Contact Name > Contact Details > Authorize

Authorization can also be done by clicking on the three dots to the left of the relevant Contact from the contact listing screen.

Main Menu > Contact > Three Dots > Authorize

The Contact Owner can authorize users in different teams to:

  • viewing

  • Deletion

  • Arrangement

  • Labeling

  • Following

Authorization for Lead​

Main Menu > Lead > Lead Title > Lead Detail > Authorize

The Lead Owner can authorize users in different teams to:

  • Viewing

  • Deletion

  • Arrangement

  • Labeling

Authorization for Opportunity​

Authorize the relevant Opportunity from the Pipeline page:

Main Menu > Sales Process > Opportunity > Three Dots > Authorize

Authorizing the relevant Opportunity from the Opportunity detail:

Main Menu > Sales > Opportunity > Opportunity Detail > Authorize

Authorization can also be done by clicking on the three dots to the left of the relevant Opportunity from the opportunity listing screen.

The Opportunity Owner can authorize users in different teams to:

  • viewing

  • Deletion

  • Arrangement

  • Labeling

  • Following

Authorization for Quote​

Authorize the relevant Quote by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of the Offer detail page:

Main Menu> Quote > Quote Title > Offer Detail > Three Dots > Authorize

Authorization can also be done by clicking on the three dots to the left of the relevant Offer from the Offer listing screen.

Main Menu > Sales > Offer> Three Dots > Authorize

The Quote owner can authorize users in different teams to:

  • Viewing

  • Deletion

  • Arrangement

  • Labeling

Authorization for Automations​

The Reporter can authorize users in different teams to:

  • Viewing

  • Deletion
