Export Operations in Tables
It is possible to export the data listed on the pages where the data of the Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Quotes, Invoice and Payment modules are listed.
*Note: In table export operations, the file is exported only in CSV format.*
Listing Exported Files
To list the exported files:
Main Menu > Settings > Data > Export
*Note: When the "Export" button is clicked, a notification box will appear stating that the export process has started. At the same time, a notification is sent to the user when the process is completed.
The completion of the export process can be followed from the Settings > Data > Export page, where the exported files are listed. The file that has been transferred can also be downloaded from here by clicking the "Download" button.*
Export Account Table
To export the relevant list from the account listing screen:
Home Page > Account > Account Title > Account Detail > Three Dots > Export
Export Contact Table
To export the relevant list from the contact list screen:
Home Page > Contact > Contact Title > Contact Detail > Three Dots > Export
Export Lead Table
To export the relevant list from the lead listing screen:
Home Page > Lead > Lead Title > Lead Detail > Three Points > Export
Export Opportunity Table
To export the relevant list from the opportunity listing screen:
Home Page > Opportunity > Opportunity Title > Opportunity Detail > Three Dots > Export
Export Quote Table
To export the relevant list from the quote listing screen:
Main Page > Quote > Quote Title > Quote Detail > Three Dots > Export
Export Invoice Statement
To export the relevant list from the invoice listing screen:
Home Page > Invoice > Invoice Title > Invoice Detail > Three Dots > Export
Export Payment
To export the relevant list from the payment listing screen:

Fields in the Table Export Form
Explanation: The explanation about the export process is written in this field.
Include All Pages: When the Include All Pages button is clicked, all listing pages of the relevant module will be included in the transfer process. Otherwise, only the data on the current page will be exported.
Include All Columns: When the Include All Columns button is clicked, all columns in the table will be included in the transfer process. Otherwise, only the columns determined by the system will be exported.
