Subscribe
"Subscribe" allows the user to receive notifications for changes and updates made in any of the account, contact, lead, opportunity or quote modules.
Anyone who is authorized to view any module can perform the tracking process.
Subscribe for Account

Subscribe the relevant Account from the Account detail page:
Main Menu > Account > Account Title > Account Detail > Subscribe
Subscribe for Contact

Subscribe the relevant Contact from the Contact detail page:
Main Menu > Contact > Contact Title > Contact Detail > Subscribe
Subscribe for Lead

Subscribe the relevant Lead from the Lead detail page:
Main Menu > Lead > Lead Title > Lead Detail > Subscribe
Subscribe for Opportunity
