Reset Password

In case the password is forgotten, a new password can be set with the password reset option.

Password reset from the login page:

Login Page > Forgot Password

After clicking the Forgot Password button, the user is directed to a new screen. After entering the customer name and email address on this screen and clicking the Reset Password button, a password reset e-mail is sent to the user. A new password can be set and saved by clicking the link in the email.
